Westech Media welcomes a new Customer Service Manager with Felix Johnson.
Felix will oversee the promotion company's growing list of clients; liaising with them on a regular basis and ensuring co-ordination with project managers ensuring that their needs are being met.
Felix brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked as a chancellor and press officer for a local authority young council. He is also co-founder and trustee of a local LGBT charity.

Swapnil Kulkarni (MBA - Global Business) has been appointed the new Business Optimisation Manager at Westech Media.
Swapnil who also has a BSc in computer science and engineering, will use his expert knowledge of business and technology, as well as his years or professional experience at to help promote, develop and grow small businesses.
Prior to joining Westech Media, Swapnil was sales and business marketing director at international film company MoviEmsee Limited.

Swapnil joined Westech Media at crucial time following an extended recruitment drive by the UK marketing company. As their executive manager Russell Spencer says, at one point they were not even sure they could fill the role.
"We were recruiting in total for about six months, with three rounds of advertisements, selection and interviews, we even used several recruitment agencies that turned out to be absolutely useless. Whilst we did receive countless applications. we really struggled to find someone good enough not only for our company but for our clients and customers. Luckily for us Swapnil had seen one of our adverts and was looking for new opportunities and sent us his CV. His qualifications and and depth of experience were very impressive and he aced the interview when he visited our office. So we are fortunate to have found have him and know he will make an excellent addition to the team."

Cris Cyborg who is the current UFC World Featherweight Champion has posted a photograph to her Instagram showing her wearing local Bournemouth clothing brand Combat Dollies.
Combat Dollies is a women's gym and fitness clothing brand and was started by Bournemouth mum Gemma Ruegg.
Gemma started Combat Dollies when she first began training in boxing and martial arts and found a lack of women's clothing that catered for serious physical training.
"I was fed up with always having to wear men's clothes when training as this was all I could find in the MMA (mixed martial arts) section.
I wanted to look and feel good when training but still feel feminine.
So I designed a few pairs of leggings for myself and had them made.
When I wore them to the gym next time the ladies I trained with liked them, so they bought some and before I knew it I was selling them to other gyms.
And that's how Combat Dollies started."
The story of how Cris Cyborg - the most famous female fighter in the world, came to be wearing Combat Dollies is almost as fortuitous as the start of the company.
"Cris Cyborg messaged me on social media one day and said she liked our clothing and asked if we could send her some. She is the best fighter in the world and a huge inspiration, so of course - I absolutely said yes! Tooting based model Patrycja Rebech has been crowned Miss London and Miss Poland at the 2018 Miss Motors event.
The prestigious Miss Motors event takes place each year before the Monaco Grand Prix. This year it was held in Tottenham Court Road on the 22nd of April and was presented by Dannie Aston and featured singing by Jade McQueen.
It also had celebrity guests including Chelsea Singh from Big Brother, Sandi Bogle from Goggle Box, and Jordan White from TOWIE.
Patrcyja’s 3rd place podium placing means she will go to Monaco along with the other winners for the 2018 Grand Prix.
Patrycja said, “I am so happy to be going to Monaco and I just want to thank my sponsor Russell Spencer from Westech Media who work so hard to promote me and for making this to happen.”
Patrcyja who is a well-known model in Poland having been published in numerous magazine and appeared on TV, moved to London a couple of years ago to further her career.

Inspirational dementia champion Terry Eccott has become an Ambassador for Care Campaign for the Vulnerable.
Care Campaign for the Vulnerable was founded six years ago by Jayne Connery, following her mother’s experiences in the care sector. It now has more than 55,000 supporters on social media, with many sharing their own experiences of family members’ inadequate care.
It is due to the overwhelming support that the organisation is now able to offer a new advocacy service. This will offer support and advice for families and carers who have been affected by inadequate care for their loved ones as well as volunteer advocates who are available to speak up on the behalf of the families.
Terry, who is also an official Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Society, was introduced as an Ambassador at an event held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Gerrards Cross, which was supported by Care Protect and attended by care professionals and advocates including TV personality Russell Grant.
At the event Terry also presented Jayne with a personal Dementia Ambassador award.
Jayne Connery said: “Many people are described as inspiring, but Terry truly is. His work highlighting the challenges of living with dementia and fighting for better care and more funding for the sector is vitally important.
“When he contacted me to learn more about our important work and then agreed to be an ambassador it was humbling.
“Care Campaign for the Vulnerable was started to champion safety monitoring in communal areas in care and nursing homes for peace of mind for both vulnerable residents and their families and carers.
“Five years on, following huge success, we now offer a free advocacy service to help support families and carers.
“My main aim now is for everyone to work together; care providers, care professionals, families and care workers to tackle one of the biggest challenges we face as a society, caring for those who can no longer care for themselves.
“Dementia is now overtaking cancer and heart disease as the biggest killer in the UK but families and carers tell me that the support and understanding for people living with dementia is far less and the financial stress far greater.
“There is much more to be done and through our work we will keep pushing to promote mandatory safety monitoring into the care sector, and provide support to families and carers finding their way around a system that is currently failing many vulnerable residents, families and carers.”
Terry Eccott said: “Jayne’s voice is very important within the care sector and something I am proud to support. As the population ages there are going to be more and more people needing care and support and it’s up to us all to fight for a care system that really does care.”
Russell Grant added: “As a Patron of Alzheimer's Research UK the fantastic work Jayne is doing is so needed and necessary to support those who are vulnerable until we secure a cure".
